Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns for the organization and build brand awareness.
  • Manage organization's website and other digital faces of the organization as a whole.
  • Optimize and create content for the website and social networking channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.
  • Plan and manage Social Media platform posts and overall themes. Strategize to drive online traffic on Social Media accounts.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media counterparts to improve marketing results.
  • Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
  • Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly.
  • Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.
  • Work on SEO of the website pages.
  • Promote company's products and services in the digital space and other marketing platforms.
  • Oversee and manage business activities in Digital projects.
  • Responsible for all Digital engagements.
  • Can execute PPC campaigns that are profitable, providing reports and thinking outside the box.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing or any related course.
  • Good understanding of the leadgen and nurturing process and automations roll in converting leads.
  • It’s a plus if you had some experience/knowledge around the latest marketing automation strategies – utilization of automated techniques to deliver content to customers when they want it, where they want it. Channels include eDM, website/landing pages, Facebook (custom audiences/retargeting), LinkedIn (custom audiences/retargeting), mobile text etc.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google Plus.
  • Exceptional hands on experience in SEO, with good knowledge of latest best practices, solutions and opportunities for growth.
  • Good understanding of best SEO practices including keyword analysis and research, meta data, link building, content curation and marketing.
  • Ability to either develop content directly, or help write a solid brief suitable for a copy writer for content with a strong SEO focus while still adding value to the humans that have to read it.
  • Good understanding of Social Media KPIs.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.

  • Advanced content writing skills.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in digital marketing and advertising.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.

  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in Digital Marketing.
